Scope
This policy covers the extruda3d.com.br website (including the calculators) and the Extruda 3D dashboard at app.extruda3d.com.br, a management system for 3D printing farms that connects to Mercado Livre, Shopee and TikTok Shop.
Data we collect
Waitlist: name, email, WhatsApp (optional), number of printers and sales channels you provide.
Dashboard account: name, email and password. Passwords are stored only as a scrypt hash, never in plain text.
Farm data: products, print files, filaments, printers, costs and orders you register.
Marketplace data, when you connect a shop: shop ID and name, access tokens (stored encrypted) and, for each order, order number, items, quantities, amounts, fees, shipping status and deadlines, and the buyer's name. We do not store buyers' addresses, phone numbers, tax IDs (CPF), emails or payment data.
Website browsing: pages visited, clicks and tool interactions, through analytics tools (PostHog and Google Analytics). The calculator runs in your browser: the values you type are not sent to our servers.
How we use it
To run the dashboard: build the production queue, calculate costs and margins, deduct filament stock and track shipments.
To sync orders and shipments from the shops you connected and to publish listings when you ask us to.
To announce the beta and launch, measure website usage and show Google AdSense ads on the calculators.
Buyer data is used only to process your shop's orders. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties for that purpose. We do not sell data.
Where data is stored and how we protect it
Dashboard data is stored on Google Cloud in the São Paulo region, Brazil (database, files and backups).
All traffic uses HTTPS (TLS). Data is encrypted at rest, and marketplace tokens get an additional layer of encryption with a key managed in Google Cloud KMS.
Access to our systems is restricted to Extruda 3D administrators, with two-factor authentication on cloud and code hosting accounts. Each farm can only see its own data.
Retention
Account and farm data: while the account is active. After a deletion request or the end of use, we delete it within 30 days; backup copies expire within 7 days after that.
Marketplace tokens: deleted immediately when you disconnect the shop in Channels.
Raw events received from marketplaces (notifications): deleted automatically after 30 days.
Waitlist: until launch or until you ask to be removed.
Your rights and data deletion
You can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data and withdraw consent at any time, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
To delete your account and all farm data (including orders and buyer data received from marketplaces), email contato@extruda3d.com.br from the account's email address. We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 15 days.
Buyers of connected shops can make the same request at the same address; we also notify the responsible seller.
Security incidents
If an incident may cause relevant risk or harm, we notify affected data subjects and Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) within 3 business days, as required by ANPD regulations, and partner marketplaces within the deadlines they require.
